Since the Pennsylvania General Assembly passed HB 33, eliminating the General Assistance program, our partners at Community Legal Services and Disability Rights PA have been hard at work.
On Monday, July 22, CLS and Disability Rights filed a lawsuit against the Department of Human Services challenging the constitutionality of HB 33 and the manner in which it was passed.
